Marianolst Here starts the experiment to see which one gives the highest yield. The best plant was bent, the biggest one and another one. And we left one to grow normally. They were bent at 17 days. On day 18, the plants are perfectly adapted to LST. 20 days and they're ready to be bent again!!! Instead of defoliating, I’m tucking the leaves down so they don’t cover the buds. Tomorrow I’ll bend them again.

Marianolst Tangies are doing very well, I took them out of the closet into the room because I added a 250 sodium light and that way the temperature doesn't rise too much. They are 37 days in. I still don't know which will produce more, LST or normal.

Marianolst I got a bit behind. I had a problem with the timer, so they suffered light stress and produced male flowers. But I removed the male balls for two weeks and they stopped producing them. Also, since this summer had very high temperatures, I moved the plants from indoors to the patio, which helped with the stress. Now it's a double experiment; besides normal vs LST, the plants did half a cycle (37 days indoors) and the rest outdoors. They've been going for a total of 63 days: 37 indoors, 25 outdoors.

Marianolst I don't use nutrients anymore. Just a little more to go, 2 weeks left despite the light stress and having thrown out male flowers and taking them outside, I was able to recover them. They show some beautiful flowers. I also experimented by adding some ice at the base of the substrate for a few nights to mimic autumn and some frost.
