ChackPorris Hey folks, I hope you're all doing great like I am. First week of pre-flower, the cycle change is already super noticeable. We applied insecticide for mites, aphids, and thrips since this time of year they come in full force. We always use the minimum dose.

ChackPorris We're back after a few days without phone. How's everyone doing? Second week of pre-flowering. We did a pretty aggressive defoliation and a low pruning to prevent mold. This week we're going to put in some supports because they seem to be fattening up nicely.

ChackPorris Hello beautiful people. We're back after a few weeks without a phone. Here we are with this Tangie specimen from BSF. We've started the flowering stage, did a super defoliation and low pruning. A rainy month is coming, so we're going to build some sort of roof to prevent powdery mildew and other issues. Hope you have a great week and stay happy.

ChackPorris We got through the storm and heavy rains without any broken branches. Today, I'm using potassium soap as a preventive measure and continuing to grow.

ChackPorris Yesterday a tornado passed through and a lot of hail fell, which caused me a lot of material damage (it took away a brick hydroponic greenhouse and structural pipe that I had been working on for several years). The good thing is that this tangie practically dodged all the hail and survived the strong winds almost unscathed. And we're still in the game for the outdoor season.

ChackPorris Good day, my successful people! We're here with this beautiful Tangie specimen, which is growing considerably, forming a nice bush-like structure. Strong and robust stem, it has already defined its sex and is really enjoying the summer. I had to lower the EC a bit in the fertilization due to the intense heat in this region. I also added companion planting (purple and green basil) to use it as a natural repellent.

ChackPorris Yesterday, a strong storm came again. It caused quite significant damage. I'm going to try to save the branch so that the shape of the bush isn't so irregular and looks better aesthetically. I know there's a significant risk of it getting infected with fungi at the plant's injury. But we're going to take the risk. I hope your week has been better than the one Tangie had. Wishing everyone a very happy life, I hope your goals come to fruition, think big, and work hard in the smartest way you can. Hugs, friends!

ChackPorris Little week of rain, it rained a total of 100 mm and this tangie loved it. It exploded vegetatively speaking. You can tell it's not lacking anything, very healthy and ready for a trim. Next week, I'll be doing defoliation and topping on all the tips. I hope you all have a beautiful week and smoke something good like I've been smoking!

ChackPorris How's it going, friends? I hope you're all doing great! It's been a nice week for our TANGIE. The heat eased up a bit, and the storms gave us a breather. It's impressive how it's growing, super strong and fast. Today we're going to do some low pruning and a light defoliation to improve airflow and prevent the spread of mold. I hope everything continues to go wonderfully. See you next week!

ChackPorris Good morning, everyone. Well, it's been a beautiful week, it's been raining every day 2 or 3 mm and the temperature has dropped considerably. As you can see, it adapted excellently to the low pruning and the multiple apicals at all the tips to control the height and stretch the veg. I hope you're all doing great and keep working hard!

ChackPorris Well, this is how the Anti-oidium shelter turned out, it was made with all recycled materials, I like how it looks. What do you all think? Back to the Tangie, it's doing fantastic! I haven't really been watering it for weeks since it rains every 4 or 5 days, so it's not necessary. You can start to notice the resin production in the flowers. I hope you all have a great week, smoke the best stuff you have, and be happy.

ChackPorris Good day my lovely people. Another week reporting on this amazing Tangie from BSF. This week we're going to give the last feeding dose to boost the fattening. We'll water with 5 liters of nutrient solution at pH 6.2 and EC 2/2.5. After that, we'll continue with reverse osmosis water at pH 6.5. Have a great week everyone!

ChackPorris Well, we’ve reached the end of the follow-up. As a bank, I’m still surprised because each strain has its own well-defined characteristics, and I was able to get some really good terpenes. Regarding the strain: Tangie, super reliable, can handle anything. It went through a tornado, hail in different storms, extreme heat, thrips, spider mites, and aphids. It withstood absolutely everything. Feeding: it eats a lot, handles excess fertilizers without any problem. Production: as you can see, it’s loaded to the max. At a glance, there’s more than 1.5 kilograms in green. Terpene and aroma: in plant form, it’s super fragrant, literally perfumed the whole neighborhood from day 30 of flowering until today, the smell is like orange blossom. When dried, it has a more tangerine or grapefruit tone. Flavor and high: flavor of orange or tangerine candy, super smooth and citrusy. The high is very cerebral and quite strong. Score: 9/10

ChackPorris End of the harvest, I like to do it in stages so that all the buds fatten up evenly. As you can see, the lower part has some really nice purple tones due to the drop in temperature. Honestly, this Tangie continues to surprise me both for its bud production and resin, not to mention the smell it gives off. Best regards, Chackporris.

I hope everyone is doing well, I went through the same thing last year and my sturdy plants produced the most delicious fruits! Good luck!

Ahh progress! I remember when it was just leaves :) , are those pepper plants growing around your ganja?
ChackPorris
ChackPorris commented4y ago
Hi @CroNiCGman, yes, they grow together, companion planting, there’s also green and purple basil. Pests prefer the aromatic and fruity plants over the Tangie 😁

@@ChackPorris, that is really cool ! I also plant some types of flowers to help with pests also beside my ganja when growing outside- calendula works good , , my warm season starts in just 1.5 months , really excited this year , I grow peppers too!

How much dry weight did you end up with? I really don't think there's a kilo and a half there... Maybe a kilo or 800 grams... Just saying from my experience. Good luck in the contest!

ChackPorris commented4y ago
@@GrowDiaries, only when I did the manicure did I realize the amount there was. It was a top bud next to another top bud. And one better than the other. All compact buds that didn't reduce as much as I thought.
