so this plant was started the same exact day as the one already harvested weeks ago.. i was testing 2 types of dirt and for some reason this 1 seemed to be stunted the whole time and took a whole lot longer to do anything.. almost as if it was a photo period plant.. so i decided to transplant her and threw her in a bigger pot also.. and lemme tell you.. it was definitely for the better.. after that she took right off... shes now a bigger plant then her sister who was previously already harvested an smoked lmao .. but shes so much more taller.. denser.. fatter.. i feel like this is going to be closer to the quarter pound on the scales when shes all said and done.. buuut only time will tell !!
Now that your going into week 5 of flower and the plant is gonna be done growing vertically by now, opening up the temp gap between lights on and lights off will signal more energy to be sent into the budding process and resin production. Veg and early flower while the plant is still growing vertically we want the temp gap tight or it will stretch. That is why we must time it properly. But post weeks 4 to 6 in flower depending on strain we want that gap beyond 10 degree difference between lights on and off.
If you do not have them already get yourself a PAR meter and a thermal temp gun they will really help you get the most potential out of your lights.
