I started this journal a week late, but it is what it is. This first entry is coinciding with the end of week 1 flower - 01/17/22.
This amnesia lemon has is a genetic that has been grown out successfully by a friend for a while now, this was his mom plant that simply outgrew his space. Luckily for me, I had the room, and so now I have the opportunity to pull 1/2 a pound down hopefully. He has had some great success with the Remo nutrients line, so I’ve decided to try them out with this plant and see what they provide for results. This is a big shift from my usual approach of organic soil with dry amendments.
Also pictured in the other tent, 2 Amnesia Lemon’s and a Pineapple Express - the Pineapple being another successful genetic from the same friend. They received the flip to 12/12 on 01/16/22. I’m very excited to see how they perform! These plants unfortunately suffered some stress in their youth due to my absence - I was out of town for work, and left my significant other in charge of them. While she did her best, they showed some ph issues and took a bit of time to bounce back. Now I’m in the middle of switching from amended soil to the Remo line with these plants, so they’re showing a bit of nitrogen excess, but I’m confident that the switch to flowering nutrients and a conscious effort to omit nitrogen for the next little bit will remedy the situation.
Yeah that oughta do it for now, stay tuned.
Hey brotha I would lower the lights in your 5x5 and weinnoff the nitrogen based . Or veg nutes heaviers on the micro and bloom etc flower boosters .. prevent the nitrogen tox.
Very healthy and well done bro. Cheers
