Running a 1 plant SCROG. I have about 10-12 nice tops and it's been 5 weeks in veg. I haven't topped anything yet, just LST'd all these tops so they're at the same height. Should I top now to increase the colas? Or should I go ahead and flip? Or let it fill up more? Thanks!

I would do low stress training and flip the light to start flowering. You can pull the branches apart a bit which will allow light to the leaves below and allow good room for the buds to develop. I like LST better than using a net because it allows you to remove the plant for inspection, training and pruning. It is much better to catch problems early.
You can do some topping and try to create more budding sites but plan on adding 2-3 weeks before flipping to flower. Personally I think your tent will be feeling small when the plant stretches. It could get 1/3 to 1/2 bigger than it is now so plan for the future.

MurD911Turbo week 1 done. 8 weeks left hopefully. really blew up in the week, screen completely covered. Nice humidity, leaves are lime green, she's hungry, fed her 2 days ago. need to re-feed again with a decent amount of nutes. hope she stops stretching soon. will probably defoliate most of the bottom in 2 weeks. ph issues have been mostly solved. happy so far with the growth, she's really going

MurD911Turbo JC its starting to really reek. smells like a dead skunk sprayed with rotten lemon juice as soon as i opened the tent. I took a whiff and it transported me back to the late 2000s.
It's stacking really nicely. The tops are getting fatter by the day. had some ppm
issued but fully flushed with 1100 ppm water and lowered the outflow ppm to 1440. ph 6.5 in 6.1 out.

MurD911Turbo smells like crazy. removing bottom buds it smells like concentrated mandarine juice. opening the tent is a problem - extremely stanky. skunk and mandarines.
good progress. anxious. can't wait to see final result and harvest

MurD911Turbo flushed a bit last night, unfortunately saw nitrogen toxicity too late. doses with only canna b. cant wait to be done with this line of nutrients. cant follow what they say in the label, always toxicity or deficiency.

MurD911Turbo top nugs arent getting as frosty- too close to the light. knew that at the start, but theyre really bulking up. bottom nugs have insane frost. 3 weeks to go hopefully. smell is off the charts
switched to megacrop nutrients. theres some nutrient burn going on but i flushed to about 1.6-1.8 ec. it's just goong to have to ride it out at this point.
maybe ill flush in 2 weeks
