GG#4 Bag seed is my fourth go around at growing.
It is my first Coco Grow.
My grows are as follows
#1 Organic soil and organic nutrients.
#2 Hydro with General hydro flora trio
#3 Organic soil with General hydro flora trio
I am trying out a few different grow methods to see what I like the most.
I hope you enjoy my plants.
Topped yesterday.
I now have 4 nodes and 8 branches. As soon as they are long enough i will start to tie them down and try to form a stop sign shape at even heights.
I didn't mean to feed at 800 PPM i thought i was gonna end up closer to 5-600 but oh well the plant seems to enjoy it.
lots of purpling in the stems. I am not sure if the purpling is due to the the low temps 64 at night or if it is just the characteristically reddish stems i have red that GG#4 often has.
i am going to up my CalMag to make sure that isnt it.
Removed secondary branches from lower main branches up to 3rd node. The branches i removed were very small just beginning and would have just overfilled the plant. I left the accompanying leaves.
soil is needing to be watered every 3 days now. Once i get to every 2 days i am going to begin tinkering with timed watering.
Sorry missed updating an important week of veg.
I tied the plant down using eye hooks and plant ties. Each day would move the hook a little farther along the branch to flatten the plant out like it is now.
I pruned quite a few of the inner secondary branches because the plant is too bushy.
I have just switched to 12/12 and am nervously waiting to find out if she is a girl. The seed was found in some super dank dispensary weed.
I also upgraded my reservoir and now the plants on a ten minute water cycle once a day.
