Getting pretty hot and my girls feel it.. soil dryies out quickly. One of the them Is soon be ready for harvest the other just has started heavy flowering and keeps forming big new brunches with pistols. The growth Is crazy I wish I had more space for it. :C
So I started seeing some ember with my microscope. So I thought it's TIME TO HARVEST. I prepared the place for it and put it in darkness for 2 days so my girl would feel that it's time for her to give it all she got. And today 17.06 I chopped her and hanged her upside down to dry. Im sooo happy and can't wait to try it. Now I'm facing a big problem... My country became super hot.. and I'm struggling to keep humidity and temperatures correct 😭🌡️
I'm still gonna try my best to give it a long drying process.. then I'll update you on the smells and everything. I havent even checked the wet weight coz I don't wanna disturb the buds. I'll just give it it's time.. and then better I check the weight when I separate every cola and it will be dry enough😊😊😊
The other girl is having the time of her life now.. all the tent is hers now. What she was dreaming of since the beginning :c.she still has some time left before harvest. I'll attach the pictures!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤👿🌲
Was actually very fun growing it. Gave me some problems since it's my first grow but all in all was pretty easy. I harvested it 2 weeks ago and today I have put them in the jars for curing. Already smoked pretty much a lot of it ahhahaha I must say I love everything from taste to smell and looks.. smooth smoke and even the dry weight was 102 and I had already smoked a week worth of bud from it before taking a reading.. didn't even care how much... Always told myself... I'm just gonna taste it ahhahahaha 😭😭👿🤤🤤 so I guess the outcome would be like about 120g maybe?.. soo happy that my girl made it to the end and soo happy with results. Thanks so much to Royal Queen Seeds !!! It was a pleasure and Green gelato is now officially the best thing I've smoked soo far. Makes me sleepy and very relaxed!! Love it. After a crappy tiring days it's was I need.

My second girl is really having a rough time coping with hot temperatures. Summer is really hot where I'm from. It's about 40 outside.. and it's gonna get worse with heatwaves soon.I had been turning on my AC lately but ones I turn it off temp goes up in 10 minutes.. I tried putting ice buckets next to the opening vents in my tent.. but it didn't seem too make a big difference. I added another small fan inside the tent and big fan outside in the room for more cool air circulation. I just hope I can make my girl survive till the end. The buds are still getting bigger and the smell increases with days. Leafs started to die off tho and some started lose colour or get crispy. There's so much leafs that I can't even defoliatiate them all and don't want to touch the buds a lot to ruin them.LOOK AT HER THO SHE IS A BEAST! 🖤🖤👽
I've heard that with heat your pH goes down even if you gave her the correct one. So I think I've got that problem because I calibrate my pH meter every time I use it to avoid problems with pH. Will see in the future...she've got another 2 weeks I'm assuming. Gonna check trichomes in a few days, last time I checked they just started to get milky. I hate summer and heat 😭 it was doing all well before it got soo hot 👿👿🙏💪💪👀👀 oh well Cya next week with an update.
So my second girl has been harvested too! And I'm waiting for it to dry it and dying to try it.. it could've stayed a few weeks more but it's soo hot that I don't won't to keep it in suffering. There's alot of crispy dead leafs will i'll remove with time. It won't be perfect coz it had some big temperature problems but I think it did pretty well. The buds still looks chunky, smelly and have a lot of purple parts on it which looks awesome 🤠🤠👿👿👿👿cyaa soon
