This'll be the last week in the one-gallon container. I made a mistake using garden soil when I potted up from a four-inch to one-gallon container a couple of weeks ago; it's heavy and doesn't retain water the way I'd like it to. Went shopping at the neighborhood hydroponics shop and picked up cloth growbags, fertilizer, and a big bag of Ocean Forest potting soil. I started feeding this week, just a basic solution of kelp extract. Pulled off a few yellow leaves on the bottom of the plant, but no worries. Finally getting the temperatures during the day that this girl likes!
@ChefDan420, I walk my dog on the street behind the house and could see the plants on the roof; that's why I put up the screen. Honestly, from the street I wouldn't be able to tell what they are (if I didn't already know 😜), so it's no real worry. The condos behind the house are one-story tall, so that's not a big concern. I'm growing Northern Lights in the same spot when these lovely ladies are harvested and drying...that'll be a bit tougher, since the Northern Lights are about a foot taller.
I have a critical purple auto just starting 10 weeks and some of the tricomes are turning amber. Did that happen to you around 10 weeks too, should I wait a bit before harvest if so?
