I would say you have pests in your garden. They harm the healthy growth a lot. Have you tried neemoil? Or "yellow pages" against the insects sucking out your plants..

@ZombieKushAddicted, yeah, I missed that part 😏 had that kind of problem before, but also managed to harvest. I did wash them before drying. To get rid of the insect leftovers. Fcourse yellow papers aren't for mites, I know.
