2 of the ladies are topped (+- 60 cm )/ 3 are growing normal (+-80) i see an amazing difference the last 2w

If your tent is at least 180cm in height you shouldn't need to top or lst.
Also usually not a good idea to top after flipping the light schedule to 12/12.
