I soaked/loosened the peat pellet, ripped the casing a bit and put the seed in. I left the jiffy tray on the cable receiver box for heat. The northern lights seeds popped up in about a day.
The taproot broke through the casing easily, and I wish I had moved the pellet to its final home sooner.
I left the plants with a friend for the week. I instructed to bring them outside once the bad weather passed, but I believe they were left in the window and stretched further.
I missed a bunch of weeks, but the plants have been living outside full time for a few weeks now. I supported them with plant wire and bamboo. They didn't get nearly large enough before flowering.
