Sour Stomper

VatoGuero Sour Stomper popped on 5/11, starting Week 1. I water about 1oz directly at the roots about once every 2 days. She started stretching for light about halfway through the week, so I increased the light intensity a bit and lowered the light. That made her shy away from the light. I don't think she realizes yet, she's not the star of this tent. I staked the stalk and wrapped a bit of pipe cleaner around her to bend her back into shape.

VatoGuero She's chugging along in Week 2. I've begun watering around the rim of the pot so that her roots will start reaching out for moisture. I've been giving about 500ml of water every 2 days.

VatoGuero Sour Stomper showed her sex at the end of this week. Right on schedule with some of the faster strains I've grown. I haven't trained her at all minus the staking at the beginning, and she's growing a tiny bit lopsided. The branches on one side are a little longer than the other. It may be light, but it's not significant enough to care about given my tent size, container size, and light.

VatoGuero Okay, so I know I said I wasn't going to train this plant and all and just let it grow naturally, but I would kick myself if I didn't at least let her branches spread out a bit and gather up whatever light she can get. The plan is to still let her grow upward instead of outward like her tentmates, but I didn't want to sacrifice yield over pedantry. Pistils are popping up quickly, she's flowering fast. It's been tough not to top her, I've gotta say. She's been the least finicky in my tent so far, and I'm already thinking about running a larger one and topping her in a bigger tent.
