The critical x jack should have more sativa genes and therefore be taller and more stretched than the shorter skunk type with its higher percentage of indica genes.
There isn't any way to tell, tbh... I've grown 3 seeds of the same strain from the same seedbank and each plant looked and performed differently.... Next time, I'd suggest you label your pots so you know which is which! You MIGHT be able to tell the difference when they go into flower.... the smell might be different... but no, there's really no definitive way to tell.
