Yes, the oldest pistils start turning brown quite early in some strains and is not necessarily a sign of pollination. If pollinated, all the pistils turn brown at the same time, - that is, all the pistils in the same area that were pollinated at the same time. If it is just the isolated pistil like in your pictures, I doubt any pollination has occurred. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Not necessarily pollen, more likely something else. Wouldn’t sweat it. It’ll be obvious in 2 weeks or so when the bracts show seeds

Though I've not grown this particular breeders gear. Some plants tend to flower slower than others or hit growth spurts at different times. The pictured flower looks to be end of Week 2 going into week 3. So I would say yes, they look fine. Week 5-9 you will see a change in girth more than stacking.
