King Tut by Dr.seeds

So I’ve been patiently waiting to try Dr.seeds king tut autoflower. It sprouted with the helmet head in 24 hours from planting. It is in promix HP in a root farm fabric pot. It will be fed Diablo nutrients and will be giving some LST and defoliation. Looking forward to see how this girl grows during veg and flower.

The dr.seeds king tut autoflower is growing well. It’s in promix hp with worm castings and just being fed water for now. The mars hydro TS1000 is at 55% power. I’m interested to see how this plant progresses over flower.

The dr.seeds king tut auto seems to be doing well, it’s only been fed ph balanced water so starting next week I’ll introduce some Diablo nutrients starting with their seedling cycle for the first feeding and second feeding of the week then by the third feed I should start following diablos feeding calculator for 2 week. Then switch to bloom. I’ve seen some decent growth wondering how much stretch she will have during flower. This will be my last plant under the mars hydro ts1000 I was able to pick up a vipsarapectra xs1500 for a great price. I prefer my xs1000 over the ts1000 so can’t wait to finish this one then set up the new light.

The Dr.seeds king tut auto is doing well it got a light defoliation of fan leaves blocking lower branches. Canopy seems even can’t wait to see what this lady does during flower. I grew a king tut auto outdoors and it looks quite good so can’t wait to see what this lady will do under a mars hydro ts1000 I will be able to compare directly to my xs1500 as both lights are 150 watts so I’ll be doing that after this grow or possibly a dr.seeds grape ape.

The king tut has been doing well it hit a slow point in growth during the last week trying to figure out what caused that but has seemed to start doing well again. This plant seems shorter then the last few autos I’ve done and is definitely smaller then the one I’m about to harvest outdoors. It’s been fed Diablo nutrients but has started to develop flowering sites already so I’m hoping there’s some stretch or maybe this is a smaller phenotype in the genetic pool. Either way it’s switched over to flowering nutres. As far as defoliation if only removed 6 fan leaves to open up flowering sites. Let’s see how the dr.seeds king tut fairs I will do a direct comparison between the mars hydro ts1000 (150 watt light) vs the viparspectra xs1500(150 watt light) and do another king tut directly into the same soil only adding worm castings and new promix hp after I cut the core out.

Well the king tut hit a snag in its height so I did some light LST to spread out the branches. Not sure if this is just a shorter phenotype or if it wasn’t liking the mars hydro light when I turned it up passed 70%. Either way the light was rolled back to around 70 on the dial and the king tut seems to have responded well but is still quite short we will see what the next few weeks bring any stretch. I’ve been feeding Diablo nutrients based on their feeding calculator. The king tut is feeding well I wi definitely revisit this strain again as I have a few more seeds, and next time with the viparspectra xs1500.

Well the king tut seems to have hit a rut with height growth but is still looking healthy. I’m not sure if this is genetics and is just a short plant but will still see it through although the harvest will be lower. I will try this strain again as I feel like the plant could have been stunted as most autos I have grown were significantly bigger. Still feeding Diablo nutrients plants back to a nice dark green and seem healthy besides it’s short stature. Hopefully what’s there packs on weight over the next weeks.

The king tut is doing well, still short as hell and a very low yield but I think it’s just genetics. Either way it’s feeding well hopefully ready in a few weeks

The king tut by dr.seeds is finishing up decently. It’s much smaller then I expected it to be, but I still let it finish. It grew quite short the flowers are very dense and essentially grow from the base. I’ll definitely try this strain again I wonder if it’s just a certain short phenotype or if was something else. Either way it developed nicely and am interested it what it looks like finished.

This is the King tuts last week should be taken down soon all the trichomes are milky white, just waiting for the first amber ones to appear. The flowers have become far more dense, the smaller buds one is as round as a tennis ball. I’m not quite sure what it will weigh once dried but I’m more then willing to give the king tut another try. As for flowering I noticed the last two weeks trichomes appeared. And buds are looking great not to much of a danky smell which I find weird. If I were to compare this to the 24k gold as far as growth the 24k by dr seeds way out preformed this particular pheno type of king tut. But I do think this is a hearty strain as I did one outdoors before and it grew about a foot taller. It’s been fed Diablo nutrients and has beet cut off the main 3 part by Diablo and just fed cal mag and Diablo frost and water but now just ph balanced water until she’s harvested then it’s either a grape ape auto by dr.seeds or another king tut or 24k gold. Also will be switching to a viparspectra xs1500 will be interested in comparing the ts1000 by mars hydro both share the same wattage of 150 watts in the same sunstream gt 24x24x56 tent.

The king tut was a interesting grow for a plant reaching only 16” and to produce 3oz is quite impressive I’ll return with a smoke report after cure. I gave the king tut auto 7/10 but I think it can be a real performer so after this grape ape by dr.seeds I planted ill do another king tut if I enjoy the smoke or a 24k gold.
