Late start as I just found this site. White widow autos from crop king. 30 days exactly from planting tap root to flowering. Went through a couple light to moderate thunderstorms and a windstorm of 70km per hour and I think it Justin made them stronger. Everyone said “don’t pinch autos” so I naturally pinched one to compare for myself and do a side by side comparison. Next grow I will start logging earlier. I am with my plants daily. They get a lot of meticulous care. Soil is pure with no organics in order to feed them exactly the same. Pinched plant was always ahead by a day until I pinched it. FIM’d first pinch but got it a week later. Very nice genetics with these seeds so far...near perfect symmetry on both.

Plants are looking amazing. Weather has been sunny and hot for the most part with more forecast. Gave them 6l of ph5.8 water yesterday and today they didn’t need anything. Will feed them tomorrow with full strength notes to see how she does. Up to this point I have been working them up to full strength as they don’t LOVE nutes im told. Soil temp dropped into mid to high 70’s after wrapping pots in white! 23” and 17” tonight.

Just starting day 15, week 3 of flower tomorrow actually. I couldn't wait to post the update so I did it tonight. Incredible heat wave hitting temps of 37C but the Widows are flowering very well in my opinion. I only need to water every 2 days but have given nutes on each water. EC was 1.77 and 1.74 with 6l of water given to each. Last water was PH6.4 EC1.32. my runoff this time was pretty much the same from both with PH6.5 and EC of 1.95...which is more than the last runoff of 1.23. They responded perfectly well last water so will see what happens with this one. They are currently getting 3-6-6 for another week or two then will switch to a 0-40-34 to finish. Not sure if this is wise with autos but there is only one way to find out. I'd like to make sure I have two weeks to flush though so hoping for any advice from someone with similar growing conditions and white widow autos? Looking for are to the progress this week!

Great week on all plants really. Temperature was high 20's low 30's. Another heat wave hitting now with highs of 37C possible today and tomorrow. Buds are really thickening and looking absolutely gorgeous! Growth has slowed with this heat and I hope it doesn't cause my buds to become too airy. Watered with straight PH6.3 and no nutes today as the EC in the runoff is creeping above 2.0ec and I'd like to keep it no higher than 2 as it seemed to be the sweet spot during veg. Soil EC is 1.24 which is perfect. Will give booster and nutes next watering. The pinched plant took an extra 2l of water and the other one only wanted 1l. pH is similar but slightly different which tells me a lot has changed in the way the root system is working in the pinched plant. I removed a few small bud sites this morning from the lower branches of the pinched plant as the buds are much smaller and I'd like to try and divert a bit of energy if it's possible with these beautiful girls. Definite noticeable difference in bud size but definitely more bud sites on the pinched plant. Time will tell!

Had to step away from the girls for a week long family vacation so I wasn't able to post an update on time. I had someone take care of the girls but can't expect the same care I give so I can't accurately report on watering and runoff. Heatwave ended and now we hardly have any sunlight or warmth from the sun due to an insane amount of forest fires burning right now. Either way the girls are both happy and I will get a further grip on where things are at once I get watering and testing runoff again. They are super wet right now cuz there isn't much for sun. I also have a Durban Poison and a Cali OG Kush Haze going from crop king seeds but these ones are purely organic so it's near impossible to report soil conditions etc. I basically uses a custom mix of my own soil, however I now realize it doesn't have good enough drainage so I'm nursing them into flower. Will post pics and another update on week 10 in a couple days. Edit - Day 63. Just finished week 9. Need to stop rushing my posts to get updated pics on here as quick as possible haha. Added a few pics from today. Will post week 10 next week at the end of week 10. Smoke is starting to subside a bit today but it has been choking thick for days and it has completely plummeted the temps both day and night! Today it warmed up a bit but I haven't needed to water the girls since I returned home as they were absolutely drenched due to lack of heat and sun from smoke. I'll likely hit them with the booster tomorrow and maybe once more after that before thinking of flushing. It's crazy how different the buds are looking on each plant considering the only difference has been topping the one and letting the other buck except some lst to open her up and let the sun shine in. I have to say again how beautiful these genetics are looking as crop kings seems to get hammered on....as for the power of the smoke....well that will still be a while before I can test that, but they are looking insane to me.

Ok end of week 10 plus a couple days due to business. Had to take down the pinched top plant due to bud rot starting. Literally overnight a couple leaves turned yellow/brown and upon further inspection it was bud rot starting so I made the choice to take it down early. It's looked different than the other one for some time and almost looked ready anyhow to be honest. I think it started when I was away and it was sitting in the greenhouse with no sunshine cuz it was blanketed by smoke. Non pinched top is still absolutely flourishing although the buds seem not as dense and it almost looks like it is fox tailing but it keeps looking for like it will fill in and tighten up so my fingers are crossed. I started flushing in case this one finished up early as I don't want to get caught without a flush on this one as she is absolutely beautiful! Temperatures are more at a perfect level for cannabis so I'm hoping it will continue to thicken up. Watering has been almost nil as it's been so cool.

Very potent smell with a medium hit but in its defence I got high as fuck with the loupe one night and saw 1 or 2 Amber trachoms and panic cut it down as I did not want any type of couch lock lmao. It should have had two more weeks according to schedule.

Was a great learning experience and I already have a couple Durban poisons and Cali OG Kush Hazes in week one under lights. I love this strain. The most calming effect I’ve had for Ptsd symptoms n any bud I’ve ever smoked. I will definitely keep a jar or two of this around at all times but it doesn’t make me a little sleepy and lazy which I’m not used to. I cut both down early and likely could have harvested more but I’m very happy with the results!
