A new adventure begins.
Yesterday I cleaned and fixed the grow box and today I'm ready to go again. I added two 30 watt led pads that I recovered, thus adding 60 watts to the 165 of the main lamp.
For germination and vegetative start, I will keep only the two pads (60 W) and the main lamp on without the two COB LEDs (65 watts) for a total of 125 watts.
Today I put the seeds in water for about 9/10 hours and then put them in rockwool cubes.
Unfortunately, this is an anomalous summer, very hot, so the values are certainly not optimal (32 degrees C).
Let's wait and see if the girls will be born.
25/07/2022 - Day 3
After two/three day germination has taken place. 🌱
I waited one more day because Kong # 1 wasn't putting his head out there. So I checked in the rockwool cube and noticed that it had grown upside down and the cotyledons were stuck inside the cube by the main root. 🙃
I pulled out and repositioned and now she is out too but far behind the others. 👶🏻
Now all the ladies are in soil.
26/07/2022 - Day 4
Unfortunately Kong# 1 couldn't survive 😢

Temperatures are highs, umidity is low but this is the season.
The three girls seem to be growing up well despite everything. I kept bottlenecks as long as I could to keep the humidity up, but now the girls don't fit inside them anymore.

Despite the difficulties with temperature 🌡️and humidity 💦values, the three survivors are growing well.
She-Kongs 🦍are naturally bigger , and stand 14/17 cm tall. The Banana🍌 , which will certainly remain smaller, is however already 12 cm.
From today, I went to 20/4, with all the LEDs on (total 225 W)

Start the 3° week.
All the ladies are growing well.
Shekong #2 is 35 cm tall, Shekong #1 30 cm.
Banana Lady is 24 cm.
In my opinion, very little is missing for the first signs of flowering (2/3days)
17/08/2022 - Day 27
Two day ago I saw the first signs of pre-flowering (first in Shekong #2 and then the others).
Today I do a strong defoliation (primary and big leaves) and place two nets for “LST” on branches (only for open them and have better light)
Shekong #1 is 46 cm tall, #2 is 48 cm and Banana Lady is 38 cm .

theBnc Day 36 - 26/08/2022
Bad discovery in recent days. Three out of three girls are hermaphrodites.
A thousand reasons may have brought them to this point (heat, defoliation, too heavy training), so, after eliminating all the pollonic sacs (work that I will do daily from here on) I decided to remove the nets and the bindings to eliminate some stress.
I can't afford to throw it all away, I'll try to limit the damage
After days, the situation remains under control ... I'll see what the future holds

After a week of checks (and when I found masculine signs I eliminated them), it seems that the possibility of "saving what can be saved" is feasible.
I don't expect a pure harvest, but I was sorry to throw it all away. I'll see if with these careful measures I managed to do something decent.

theBnc Happy to have saved what can be saved.
Many problem, too hot, hermies… But nothing go in rubbish 😜
@theBnc,
No problem buddy and I completely understand that. I sprouted 3 outdoors this year just to see how they would do and they did fine until Mother Nature set in on them
They look good, dude!!!!! Just wondering, but did you ever try growing the seeds off your last Kong grow? I read where you said one got seeded and curious if they grew afterwards!?!? I too have some accidental seeds from a previous run lol

@D33Rdog,
No man, these seeds were also purchased. I did not trust to try the seeds found in the previous harvest. Too afraid of wasting precious time 😅
Thanks for the comment 💪🏻
