High, On the first and the last picture you can see a calyx with a white hair growing out of it. This confirms that this plant is FEMALE HAPPY GROWING! 😋

I watered my plant to runoff today. 1 gallon 670ppm the pH was 6.3. The runoff was 620ppm pH was 6.0. The substrate is peat/perlite 60/40. Is this normal new to testing runoff.

High XtraSmoke, Yes nothing to worrie about! Your runoff and even your peat soil will never be the same as the values that you give with watering. Because there are always build up salts comming with the runoff. You can only measure the runoff when you are doing fully hydro growing. When you want to measure the pH from your peat soil you can not just measure your runoff. To measure pH in your peat soil, just follow these steps. Your pH should be around 6.2. 1. Place soil sample about ¾ full in sample jar and add distilled water to cover soil. 2. Cap the jar and shake the soil vigorously a few times. 3. Let mixture stand 10 minutes to dissolve the salts in the soil. 4. Place the pH tester into the wet soil slurry. 5. Measure pH and record measurement. Happy Growing! 😋
