I like to do it in 2 stages. The first stage is a soak. You should fill the pot with warm water 20c. Not much has to run out of the bottom. Let it soak for 10mins this will help disolve any unwanted salts... then repeat the process but with twice the volume as the first amount you put in. By the end of the flushing period you want to have the same ppm coming out of the bottom of the pot as going in the top. Hope that helps, good luck 👍🏼
