Help! What's that brown spot on the main cola?? I'm going to do more research on it tonight. Our weather has changed. Very chilly at night and hotter during the day. What should I do?
Update Sept 28. Thanks Drewski for yet another identification of bug issue. This time a caterpillar was making a home in my main cola. Got em dead now!
The yellowing in the 4th pic is fine TDawg! When the lower leaves are yellowing on the bottom just let them fall off. the top buds are just sucking the nutrients from the leaves which is fine! chopping them would just stunt the bud growth! Looking good though! keep at it!
@Nomad, Thank you! Now that I know what joy growing brings I feel the same. Not the "scraggly old man" part lol... but my new dream would be to live on a cannabis farm!!
@TDAWG1107, I presume that your plants are either Sativas or Sativa - dominant Hybrids. You can see that by their leaves. Their leaves are long, thin, narrow, and light in color with 9 "tops" each. Otherwise, you'll understand this either from the cured bud or by smoking them buds. If you're extremely energetic and can't stop moving (even if you try to stop), then your plants are Sativas or Sativa - dominant Hybrids.
If there isn't this extreme energy, then you have Sativa - dominant Hybrids.
@TDAWG1107 that looks like bud rot, aka 'Botrytis cinerea'. Can be caused from your low temps, not enough air movement, and moisture (like rain or dew) on the buds. Check this link for what to do (if it is bud rot). https://www.growweedeasy.com/bud-rot
