Growing this Autoflower under a 80W light that I won recently. Don't have room in tent so the pot is standing out in the open in my office . Should lead to some interesting conversation
Seed broke surface on 9-10-22
Has grown about 2 " in the first few days and is starting to leaf. Running LED @50%
9-14 turned LED To 70%
Going into week 2 the girl is starting to grow leafs. Have only watered the plant once 1 solo cup
No Nutrients yet.
Since I am growing the plant on my desk in my office out in open , I really don't know the temp. Can't wait to see how this plant turns out growing under the conditions it is .
Should be interesting, follow along....

Pretty sure the little girl can handle it. Hope it will accelerate the growth.

Did the first LST yesterday, I tied the trunk and laid the plant 90° on its side. Has recovered and is turned upwards again.

She is doing really well, especially when you consider that I play around with the plant at least 3 times daily!
She is curling around the pot the way I intend just messed up with 1 or 2 branches that I trained the wrong way. I think I got it corrected but we shall see.

The stretch is real! This girl has exploded over the last few days. I can not imagine how big she would have been if I did not train the heck out of her.

One thing that does stand out is the length of the fan leaf stems , they are 5" on average.

Surprisingly enough I had to go in and clean out the center of the plant. It seemed overgrown and bundled up. I am 90% sure that If I did not clean it out it would have developed bud rot as time went along . I might have to sit down a little later and do a better job. I gave her one last cleanup. Did not take very much , i was so stressed about her being an auto but most likely for no real reason. I am learning that autos can take much more abuse then I always assumed.
This girl has the longest leaf stems I have seen on. Plant. The advantage of this is you can easily tuck the leaves into the center of plant or to the edge of the pot.

She is coming along, she is not a very appealing plant not even sure how to describe it she is not nice to look at.
As mentioned before the fan leaves are extra long. The plant is real dark. The node spacing is uneven......
But in the end, she has to smoke and not look good.

looking at this girl you can see why she was a freebee . she is one ugly looking plant. This does not mean that to flower might not be next level, but the plant visuals certainly are not. These seeds would cause an uproar in the community if paid for.

I am not sure abut this plant . She is as I said not visually appealing at all . The buds are all weird looking except for the main cola. Should be interesting to see how this plant ends up. Just hope the smoke makes up for the visual!

Another week another problem with this plant. Thank God I caught the leave discoloration super early on and get it under control. I am not 100% sure what the problem was but the top fan leaves started developing brown spots and a much lighter potty pattern.
I flushed the plant with a few gal of water and she seems like she is back to "normal"

It is easy for me to say these genetics are messed up . In retrospect, I did abuse this Autoflower in the veg . And now I had to flush her due to me overfeeding.
This plant has so many things going on. The top leaves do have 5 fingers but they are more or less stacked onto of each other making it appear as if it was only a single finger.
But as I said let's see what the girl smokes like when she is ready

I am pretty sure that I got the over feeding under control . The flush really made a difference. Not sure how this would have worked out if I did not catch the "poisoning" in time. Otherwise just another day closer to harvest.

After last night's experiment I can not wait for this girl to be ready for harvest.
This girl is going into the freezer right at harvest and the first cold spell she will be washed and turned into Bubble Hash.
Luckily she seems to be covered in trichomes!

Looking at the plant I am pretty sure she will see day 100. While she is starting to really be covered in trichromes they look far from done. I understand that autos don't always change color as photos do but the majority are still clear. Also since I am planning on washing the plant it is advantages for the plant to be extra ripe

I cant believe it is day 86 and i am still journaling this auto flower.She will almost for sure see day 100. She does show some cloudy trichrome but is still far away from being done.
When I look at the girl I wonder if her poor appearance and bud structure has to do with my abuse of the auto in the beginning of the grow. Honestly I put her trough way more stress then needed, but i did learn.
The buds on the plant are not quite golfball size, I want to believe she will wash decently , she does have a nice amount of trichomes showing. when the day gets here i will fresh freeze her.

I know I know you are not supposed to defoliate late in flower , especially a Autoflower. But I really never trimmed her and there the fanleaves where blocking any light to the inner buds. also found a spot of bud rot . I cut it out. I think i should be good.Also put a fan right in-front of it.

This abused auto is still around. The trichromes are barley milky. This is by far the saddest plant I have ever grown. I am 90% sure she looks the way she does due to the abuse I put her trough in the beginning. I am glad I do not depend on that plant for my smoke. Do have to say that I did learn a bit about Autos in this grow.
Back to the plant. She looks as if she started to fade. Still pretty sire she will see day 100. Sometimes I wonder if I should have nixed her weeks ago. Lol

I checked her trichromes last night and the first few are showing nice amber heads. The leaves are also starting to fade. Might just keep her to day 100 to say she had a triple digit life.

I could have waited a few ore days before harvest. But we have a cold spell coming and since I am going to wash the bud I decided to take her a few days early.
I really wonder how she would have turned out without the stress I put her through.
Overall she was easy to grow. The buds are on the smaller side but they are sticky and should wash well
