Dopo aver sterilizzato il grano un ora e mezza ho aspettato la notte che si raffreddasse per inocularlo con spore b+ autoprodotte dopo 35 giorni ho mischiato il micelio con il mio involucro di vermiculite e cocco ed ho incubato per altri 3 giorni e dopo messo a fruttificare un monotube sempre autoprodotto (shotgun)
