I start all my seeds in trays. I do not pre-soak them. I use the natural technique of simply dropping the ladies headfirst into my Rapid Rooters. I set them on my router because it provides the perfect germination temperature. This technique is from a well-known AutoFlower Grower from the Autoflower forum, I won't type out the entire name because some sites prohibit it. However, his name is Thunder. I can't remember. For over two years, I have successfully popped 100% of ALL my beans. The only ones that didn't pop were due to MOLD in a bad batch of Rapid Rooters I used, which cost me about $170 because I lost 8 Beans. They were covered in mold. ALL my Beans POP Within three days, Max. Before dropping the ladies in, I roll them around in Great White for protection from bacteria growth and a steroid effect on the tap once it breaks the shell.

The girls are thriving this week. They were all successful. Just monitoring the Rapid Rooters ensures they don't dry out. When you keep the lights close, the water evaporates faster than the girls can drink.

This week I added 2 mil of Silica Blast 1 mil of GH's FloraMicro and FloraGro to a gallon of R/O. I want to push the girls but they don't really need it. They still have their Cotyledons for nutrients. So I'm giving them traces to push them more. Also, the leaves were burning from me going overboard and adding MICO+ to their top feed. Use one or the other. I flushed the girls as much as possible to avoid drowning. Then I changed their nutes to pure R/O for a day and I let them sleep for 4 hours. Sleep allows the girls to repair from the low-stress the 24 hour light provides.

I accidentally deleted my week 4 Pictures of the PuTang. However, I changed my light schedule to 14/10 and added Flora Bloom, Flora Blend, and CaliMagic. I topped all the girls, and they recovered in 3 days.

Again, I can't find my pictures for Week 6. However, I did some tie-downs after the top branches grew out and had time from school and work. The girls started to take Off... They were behind their other sisters (CHUPILS) in the Corner tent. If you do a close-up. You will see the Leaves on the front left plant with some whiting. I thought I had some weird deficiencies. However, it wasn't until week 8 that I discovered it was my Ozone Generator. On week 8, I left it on all night at 100%, and it woke me up gagging while in a completely different room. It was killing my plants :(. I was warned by my grow shop. I was told to use the timer, which I usually do. However, I didn't set the timer, and I had a lot of dying leaves, as you will see in later pictures.

After heavy defoliation, you can see a close-up of the leaves and how the Ozone generator choked them out. The only affected leaves were those who took direct hits from the fan at the fan level. The Ozone generator was placed at the back of the fan in the hallway. However, the girls were so vigorous they took the beating like a champ. The nutrients were increased as well. Light time was switched from 14/10 to 11.5/12.5 to ensure the transition.

The girls really took off after I flipped them. They caught up with the Chupil sisters and then some. Only some low-stress training. By this time, I had added a DIY CO2 generator. This helped the girls blossom with growth, as you see. I wanted them to repair the damage that was taken by the Ozone generator.

The Girls are stretching beyond the tent. Well, they are trying. The girls in the back are stretching wide as much as up. Both are touching the walls of the tent from all sides. They are growing well into their sisters in the front. The white hairs are showing up Bud sites are showing up. The back right PuTang is the only Purple of the four.

I forgot to add that I used Humboldt County's Snow Storm Ultra from weeks 7-10 as a Foliar. Notice the snow coming in on the girls rather nicely. It isn't wise to use this within the reservoir. It has to have something organic within it. It gunks up the air discs and water pump. A no-no while running DWC/RDWC. I have been using this for over a year and have had great results when using it as a foliar. With everything going on, I forgot to use this starting at week three. Otherwise, the girls are really strong and stacking up nicely.

The buds are stacking and fattening up nicely. I will lose buds due to the stretch. I'm mad at myself, and I won't make that mistake again. They wouldn't have stretched as much north if I didn't top so low. My topping on three of the girls was low. Therefore, I couldn't tie down the main stems on three of them. One broke, and I taped her back together. When I observed the others, I knew I couldn't tie them down. The only girl tied down is the purple one. As you can see, she is Wide...She measures 54" wide. Whereas the others are only 40-45".
