Cut and Scrog Cannabis

First, I tried to put them to flower but It didn't work well. I put the plants under a black garbage bag and let them 14/10 (dark/light), but not even one pistil showed up, so I gave up trying early flowering. Secondly, I notice that my plants stopped producing tree-point leaves only, and started producing 5, 7 leaves. That's quite a problem for me because I live a prohibitionist country, so I don't want that people see it and recognize the cannabis shape. MY SOLUTION: I thought a lot and did some research and ended up thinking that te best solution would be removing some leave points and letting only 1 or 2, so the Cannabis doesn't look recognizable recognizable. I don't know if they'll survive, but the 1 point-leaf and 2 point-leaves did well on not looking like Cannabis. After that, I notice that my plants were too tall, so I started "Scrogging" it and mixing it under the other plants' leaves (yeah, I'm planting cannabis with Bell pepper and Beans so they all grow together to become more stealth).
