I planted the seeds into small seedling pots on the 10th November and they both germinated two days later.
This will be my first In-House run, hoping to find a decent mother and some top shelf tackle as the seeds weren’t cheap.
Until next time 🌱💚
Both girls appear to be growing well, the JB#1 has pushed out a set of mutated leaves.
Still on the same feeding schedule as last week.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both girls appear happy and thriving.
They are still on the same feeding schedule. Ive repotted both plants into 3 litre pots.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
All appears well with both girls, they’re both still on the same feeding schedule as last week.
Seen a good amount of growth from both girls, il probably repot them in the next few days, can see quite a few roots poking out the bottom.
Il be taking 2-3 clones from each plant at some point in the next few weeks.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
I repotted both girls into 3 gallon pots at the start of the week. I decided to LST both and tie them down, I did this to expose the lower branches and hopefully promote more growth.
I removed a single fan leaf off each plant that would have blocked the light for the lower branches.
It took both girls, the full seven days to use up all the water I’d used to water them in when they were repotted. They’ve just had there second feed and they appear to have settled into there new pots nicely, I expect to see a lot of growth in this week to come.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Just a quick update, both girls appeared to respond well to the low stress training.
They continue to get the same nutrient feed and appear happy and healthy.
Going to give both girls another 2-3 weeks in veg before I flip them into flower.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
All appears well with these girls. They appear to have recovered fully from the LST, the new green growth is visible on top of the stressed purple stems.
I removed a couple of leaves that were blocking some of the lower branches.
Both girls are still on the same nutrient feed, it’s a weak mix, but it keeps them happy.
I’m thinking I might do one more round of LST to really open them both out.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Decided to do a final round of LST for both girls to really open them out. Tied down all side branches for both and decided to Top the JB#1 just for a bit of fun.
I’ve removed a couple of leaves from each plant, just ones blocking lower bud sites.
Both girls are continuing on the same nutrient feed.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Did a final round of LST and removed a few more leaves in an attempt to fully open both girls. The internal branches are starting to fill the middle out, few more weeks and they’ll be ready to go into flower.
Continuing on the same nutrient feed and they appear healthy.
Happy with the weeks growth, until next time 🌱💚
Had a decent defoliation session on these girls, they’d bushed out since recovering and needed opening up to let light down to some of the internal branches.
They both appear healthy and are on the same nutrient feed as last week.
I intend on repotting both plants into 7 gallon fabric pots before the next update.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Finally got these girls into flower!
I took a couple of clones from each plant for potential mothers.
I repotted both girls into 7 gallon fabric pots and tied all the branches back down, I did some light defoliation to expose potential bud sights.
Both girls were watered in with the same nutrient feed as last week, but will start a stronger mix the next time they are fed.
Really excited and happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both girls appear to have recovered nicely from being repotted, the new growth appears green and healthy.
I’ve increase her base nutrients and added some Canna Boost at 1ml/ltr to the mix.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Sadly one had to go 😥.
The Jelly Breath #2 started to herm, there were male flowers popping the full length of the plant, but the other plant appears to be fine.
I decided to take a handful of cuttings from the remaining JB before her bud sights fully formed. I’d already taken a couple before I put her in flower, but wanted a few more.
She’s continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week and appears healthy.
Im a bit disappointed that one of the plants had to be axed, but at least it’s less clones clogging up my veg tent 🤷♂️
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
These photos were taken at the start of week five.
I’ll be adding some Canna PK at 1ml/ltr into her next feed.
She’s already pushing out a fair amount of trichs and her bud sights haven’t even begun to form!
I plan on purchasing a UV supplement bar in the next week or so, excited to see what kind of difference it’ll make.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Photos taken start of week six of flower.
She appears to be coming along nicely, her buds are developing into some tight nugs and the trichomes are off the charts!
I’ve stopped giving her any P/K supplements and will continue on a basic feed for another week of so.
I’ve been adding a couple of hours of UVA light each day.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Not much to report, she looks and smells amazing!
Continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week, thinking this girl might need another week or so before I start to flush.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Finished her second week of flush, plan on harvesting her as soon as her pot has fully dried out.
Trichomes appear mainly cloudy to the point where the buds appear white.
I’ve smoked a few test buds that I took a couple of days into her flush, the taste even at that point was unreal!
By far the strongest strain I’ve grown to date.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Possibly the strongest weed I’ve grown to date! Can’t believe how trichome encrusted the buds are, they look white almost!
Initially I thought this plant was stressed to start with as its stems were a dark purple/reddish colour, but as the plant progressed it got darker and darker. In the end it was fading out shades of purple and black. She an absolutely stunning pheno.
Never had any issues feeding her and she took well to training and defoliation.
I harvested her after 10 and a half weeks of flowering. She was hung as individual branches with the majority of the leaves left on as they were coated in trichomes.
The environment stayed roughly at 52%RH and 18*c, I dried her for 9 days then did a final manicure.
All the leaves and sugar trim was sifted and I’ve got around 15 grams of fire hash back so far, I may press this into Rosin in the near future.
The bud hasn’t had any sort of cure yet, but on first impressions I’ve been blown away! She has that taste that sticks to the tongue and back of the throat, it’s like a thick, gassy taste with a sharp edge and an underlying fruitiness that I can’t quite work out yet. I don’t generally weight my harvests as it’s all for personal consumption, but to hazard a guess I’d say there was in the regions of 3-4 ounces, but again it’s of no concern.
It’s been a fun journey and a great first experience growing In-House Genetics, I’ve got a few seeds left of this Jelly Breath and a half pack of their BlackCherry Punch, I’ll be doing a pheno hunt in the near future.
I’d like to thank everyone who has taken a look, commented or liked this diary!
It’s been fun, until next time 🌱💚
