Growing ran into a few problem a week ago pest problem.used ipm to get rid of them burnt the plant a little bit so I gave it rest this night instead of continue 24 hour light period

Transplanted by putting whole deep like cup into 5 gallon fabric pots made a whole cup size then I put the seedlings into a cup filled with trifectas mycro supreme and let it soak into the cup and sprinkled a spoonful into the hole then I cut the bottom of the diteriating seedling cup and gently with my hand underneath the cup put it in the dirt cut side of the cup and smoothly pulled it out of the fabric pot while gently pushing the moist soil together..
