Growpotkin Super excited for my first attempt at growing mushrooms. Here’s what the Zamnesia website has to say:
The magic mushroom Psilocybe cubensis Golden Teacher made its first appearance in the late 1980's. The origin is unknown, but what the name refers to is plain to see - the caps have a golden color and the effect can teach you new perspectives. You can expect several flushes - and all you need is a tad of patience.
Happy travels!

Growpotkin Quite a lot of mycelial growth but no pins yet! Moved this into my grow tent because the house is too cold, so I suspect that has held things up.

Growpotkin We have action! Two small caps have appeared overnight. Have rearranged the bag to make space. It’s taken a while but I’m very excited!

Growpotkin Lovely to see fruiting bodies popping up. It’s hard to see in the photos but a bunch are growing in between the substrate and the side of the tub.

Growpotkin I have blue mold! Incredibly disappointed. I’ll keep it going but I can’t imagine a positive outcome. Super bummer.

Growpotkin Yep, I think we’re done. I’m pretty disappointed, so we’ll see how the next attempt goes.
