First Grow

Noticed my first real pest, bit of a let down. I'm not sure exactly what kind of larva I have but it doesn't seem to be thrips. I've seen algee eating larva before and I'm assuming that's what these are. They don't tend to leave the pot but that means my roots are going to suffer. I can get my hands on some organic pesticides and that might be the move for next week.
