She was insanely lucky to survive me so far. 😶 I changed the distance to the LED from 20cm (7,9inch) to 34cm (13,4inch). I have removed the expanded clay only temporarily, because i also almost ended up drowning her, due to a too generous watering after potting. 👍 Try to not kill her anymore now, so she can thrive and live (relatively) stress-free. Just after i took the photos, i put on the expanded clay again. The first chili breakthrough, on day 11. 👹 On the left side we have some tomatoes & tomatillos. On the right side tabak (tabacum). Until then. Lets Grow!

She showed some strange symptoms i cant classify. So thought maybe she wants a new home. Lets see how it goes. Until then. Lets Grow! Edit Day 35: I applied a thin layer of worm castings on each plants pot besides the tabak. Then i watered it in the substrate. After this i put a layer of unprocessed straw residues as mulch on it. Before this procedure i watered all of them with mykorrhiza today, on day 35. In about a week i will start with LST&HST.

Forget to take a picture. The shoots at least doubled in size in those two days. 😲 Height before topping was on 9.5cm(3.7inch). Now it is on 7cm(2.8inch). Rearanged all creatures. 👽👌 Everyone feels good so far. 😺 Edit Day 42: Topped the QueenMaui on day 35, seven days earlier. Shoots grow well. Bit too much nitrogen. Should have waited with the worm castings. Only watering her from the bottom, to avoid more nitrogen going into the substrate than already anyway. The chili, tomatoes, the tomatillos and the tabak are outside from today. 13.05.23 Until then. Lets Grow!

Day 45: Nitrogen excess is now clearly visible. The next time i will wait with the worm castings for sure. 💀 Maybe they profit from it in the long run. 👻 Later on Day 45: Decided to top her the second time (Only two top shoots=6 atm). The next time i only top the two lower shoots, so that we have 8. After this, ten days later the last topping takes place for 18 cola´s in total. Planning my first real attempt of a proper ScrOG. Wish me luck. 😺 Ive build my own ScrOG-Screen out from wood, angle, hooks and paracord. 😎 It will hang on two pro hanger. Lets see how this one goes. 😬 ScrOG-Screen measures: Outer dimension: 50cm or 19.69inch Inner dimension: 45cm or 17.72inch Day 49: Summer is coming! 😁 Cant wait to transfer the QueenMaui. Im already curious whether I overestimate my space if she is going into berserk mode. 😹 Everything is growing. My peppers are sprouted a few days ago. Potatoes are also doing well. Oh yeah, and my Brugmansia suaveolens breakthrough yesterday, after 32 days. 💪👽 Until then. Lets Grow!

I do it every tenth day, but every seventh day would be possible for sure. As i had decided to go for 10 weeks of FLO with my other plants (AfterCheese&Crystal M.E.T.H.) we have +10 Weeks of VEG for her. Edit1: 11 Weeks of VEG. 12/12 on day 77. If things get out of control i will work with suppercropping. For the worst case i firstly weave her into a support net, additionally to the ScrOG-Net. But i really want to avoid this, because the support nets are loosing fibers, which was the main reason for me to go for my first attempt of a ScrOG. Who likes plastic fibers on his buds, me dont. 💀 Day 55: Topped only the two lower shoots, so we have 8 main buds now. At the moment i think, eight will be fine for the ScrOG. 👍 After topping i bend the two (four) upper shoots down and fixed them in place with plant rings. I also removed every other shoot. Day 56: The other hemp you can see in the box now, is Nicole Kush/Seeds King (seedsking.es). Maybe i will transfer her to my homebox, with the Queen Maui. Everything grows. 😻 I build a second frame and connected it to the first one, so we have two levels for weaving. 👽👌 ScrOG-Screen measures: Outer dimension: 50cm or 19.69inch Inner dimension: 45cm or 17.72inch Distance between nets: 14cm or 5.51inch

If you use tools, which can be slowly "moved" by the plant (in this case, the plant ring can be "opened") they tend to get stronger, than it is the case with static LST tools/methods. E.g. tie the shoots at the pots edge. I would call this technique SE or stretching exercises. 😁😂 Nitrogen excess is progressing slowly. I wish i would have waited with the worm castings. If you want to grow this strain, avoid a hot soil. Nevertheless she has a fast growth behaviour. She reacts well to LST and HST so far. 👽👌 Day 63: Repottet the QueenMaui to 16l! I added a lot of lavamulch and perlite to the mix to make it feel like home. Watered her with mykorrhiza today, on day 63. She is now in the homebox under the FLO-lights, since last wednesday, day 60. As i have weaved her into the first net, i will switch to 12/12. 😺

The pot is really hard to move in this current setup. As the light is not so un-sunny, it is ok imo. As this is my first attempt of a ScrOG, i am a bit nervous about how to proceed. The actual plan is to wait till all eight shoots has passed the first net. After this i weave them into it. Then change to FLO. I think the stretch should be enough, to create a carpet at the second net. As i have two nets, this is in fact no "real ScrOG" anymore. If you have any tips or ideas about how to proceed with my setup, feel free to tell! Today, on day 66, i used equisetum arvense as a foliar spray.

Just use your first net as a "real Scrog" and use the second net for supporting your long colas which you will definitely get if you play your cards right. Anything that doesn't obey your LST/SCROG can be supecroped or cutoff, if your space is 60x60cm like you told me i would flip to 12/12 now actually, I'm a bit ruthless with my methods so it's up to you how you want to do it. Second net you can place it about 2 weeks after the flip to 12/12.
