frout Hi all! I'm a new grower from Italy, i'm very excited becouse it's my first grow ever and i've read a lot of tutorial, forum, ... BUT when things come "real" all certainties disappear :)
I was really struggling for the decision to germinate with "direct soil" VS "paper towel" method, finally i've decided, for this first time, to use paper towel method...
but i'am still a little scared about how to manage germinated seed and not ruin them (particularry the little tap roots and the " fuzzy hairs (sorry i don't know exact name)" around it).
I've also built a homemade little greenhouse for heating the germination process, as you can see i'll try to keep the temperature (OUT is the temperature inside the two plates) in the ideal range (22-25 °C).
Please, enjoy my journey and, please, comment and give me all the suggestion you have in mind :)
Thanks for reading,
Francesco
Update 18/4 - after 24 hours it seems that all 3 seeds "cracked up" ... it's a good sign i guess ;)
Update 19/4 - after 48 hours the tap root is good, i've decided to put the germinated seed directly into the final pot, water them about 500ml/plants and added Rhizobacter+Micorrize, temperature is good around 20 °C outside, placed them in a not direct sun place, but aired from the wind.
