End of week 2 into week 3 of flower now have hps bulb in and have finished heavy defoliating to get light to all bud sites and got rid of all sucker branches
Ec in about 1.4 ec out 1.7 my us measurements 1500 to 1800 within 300 range for in vs out plants loving the dialed in environment and the vpd in good range overall best plants i have grown to date cant wait for them to finish strong probobly not gonna touch them after this last light defoliation to expose all bud sites and getting rid of all sucker branches
Week 5 and the buds are starting to swell and the frostiness is spreading. This week the smell really kicked in and is getting stronger by the day now this strain is a 9 week flower so going into week 6 and less than a month to go. Have a little uneven canopy now the stretch is over have a ton of tops but a lot of lower ones too.
What a change buds are ripening up nicely there only 2 weeks till harvest gonna start checking the trichomes for any amber but my flower time is based of the breeders recommended time frame of 63 days +/- which matched with the strain reviews I have read. Gonna do about a 2 week flush with ro water to really get all the fertilizer and chlorophyll that I can
Coastin into finish just flush and chop is left im going to cut them then hang upside down for 48 hr darkness. Than i will wash with ro water and lemon juice and hang up to dry in the grow tent ill leave the ac and dehumidifier on in darkness and dry. Then I will trim a bit and break up the buds and put in 5 gallon black bucket with check valves an air machine on timer and some air line so the bucket will self burp every 12-24 hr and thats going to be my cure until glass jars painted black with a boveda packet once bucket cure is done. Expecting a couple of nice lbs of top shelf.
So right at 65 days and i began harvesting when i really started checking every cola for trichrome status. I decided to not harvest everything all at once but to instead fill up my 2' x 2' grow tent and let the plants keep going just a few more days . Even though I was flushing and following breeders recommended flowering time of 63 days plus or minus , my buddy and I decided to let them keep ripening. I have 6 plants so i am doing a 65 day , a 70 day, and finally a 75 day harvest. This is to see whats going to be the best for this strain will keep updating diary accordingly.
