Hello CheesyDeez, When you keep the seeds moist (not wet) and warm (around 25 degrees is perfect). They should show their first leaves within 1 week.
2 weeks is really too long and that could have 2 reasons. Or the seeds are old and dried out. And because of this the water can not penetrate the shell.
Or you did not have the right basic conditions like mentioned above. Soil must be moist at all time (not wet). And temperature should be between 20 and 30 degrees. 25 is ideal.
Like our fellow grower mentioned, the seeds are probably rotten by now. I would continue the grow with the seeds that sprouted already and start new seeds instead of the ones that did not sprouted yet.
