This is the last week of plants vegetation. Rapidly growing through LST, the plant overcomes stress and starts flowering just in time. In the photo you can see, that I'm trying to bend down all collas to the same height.
The central cola is the closest one in the photo, still being folded. It'll straighten up the next day.
Flowering has begun and all the colas are as equal in height as possible. Further, I will not fundamentally bend colas, just slightly equalize the height.
Buds are rapidly forming this week. The height of the stake becomes variegated, but that suits me. Some flowers get really big.
I add more T.A. DualPart Coco Bloom into solution, to increase the phosphorus content and to shorten the distance between nodes.
Buds are steadily gaining mass and overgrown with trichomes. Night temperature in my house is not much different from daytime, hot and humid days outside. Unfortunately, this prevents the flowers from changing color more towards pink.
I still give a lot of phosphorus in the solution, this generally speeds up flowering and reduces the smell at this stage.
After a week of watering with FinalPart (the same as Ripen), the plant is almost ready to harvest. Ahead is a three-day wash from salts with T.A. FlashClean and a slight drought before cutting.
At this stage, I pay a lot of attention to ventilation and reducing humidity to keep the buds from mold, because the days are hot and humid.
The smell is very weak, thanks to the methodical mineral nutrition with a predominance of phosphorus and potassium.
This was not my first experience with LST, but I am ready to recommend this strain to anyone who wants to try autoflowering training. The harvest pleased me, although I had to tinker well with manicuring buds.
For smoking, this is a rather light product for daytime or occasional use. I took great aesthetic pleasure in shaping the branches of a plant, so I can call this plant a first level cannabonsai.
