These girls seem to be doing good. I'll be starting nutrients tonight. Just a heads up with the lighting situation and 24 hour light on ratio, I have never used the 600 watt hps light for that. I built a custom florescent 4 ft light that has six bulbs. It originally had 1 ballast and 4 bulbs. So what I did was I added a second ballast, 4 more sockets and 2 more bulbs with and additional plug, that way I can run 2, 4, or 6 bulbs at a time. Also because I forgot to add additional comments on the first picture and got the the week thing mixed up with germination. I germinated the seeds by rolling up 220 grit sand paper and shaking the seeds inside (one strain at a time) to thin out the seed for faster tap-root growth. Then I planted them directly into the coco-perlite 50/50 mix and placed on top of the heat mat with no cover and 2 florescent light bulbs on 24/7. I checked 3x per day and mist the media morning and night. When I felt like the bottom half of the pods were drying faster I had added water to the pan. Results were in and had seeds sprouting in less than 72 hours. Thank you everyone for taking the time to read this! I will do my best to keep updated!

Got a couple little ones struggling but, hanging in there. This is the second time doing nutrients. Stocks are starting to stiffen with the fan on 24/7.

Well these girls are clearly ready to be transplanted. The 1 gallon Vivosun Fabric pots come in the mail tomorrow. My grow room is almost ready. I have atleast 1 wall to get insulated but I also should do the other smaller wall to help save and on energy costs. But overall they are be patient and growing thicker stalks.

The last watering was on 9/10. Tomorrow they are ready for a feeding. I've been topping and doing some defoliation lately and so far almost all the plants have 12 main colas. I started LST on 9/11 and so far they are perking up very well. My lowest lux reading for the plants on the edge are 21.3k The MH bulb is newer and I have the ballest turned down to 400w. The highest lux reading on the older bulb is 45.3k. Id say they are right in range.I will soon to be transplanting into 3 gal pots here hopfully sometime next week. I'd say these girls are doing good!

Well it was a bad week for 1 and 7 others. I Topped a little to early. Thought there was ne growth coming in but it was not. 1 plant is getting tossed as it won't produce anything. The other 7 are partially stunted. So I think im gonna end up cloning some of them that way its not a complete waste. Anyways, it was a lesson learned. Not gonna make that mistake again. They all did get a feeding lastnight with all the nutrients listed. They seem to be doing well. The room is starting to smell fresh. I'm supper excited to get these girls transplanted into the 3 gal pots that I got in the mail the other day and continue the training. It's gonna be time here soon to get the nets up as well. Happy Growing!

The grow seems to be doing well. I've been working with some of the other plants that got Topped a little to early. They are turning out good. I just got done transplanting tonight into 3 gal pots ( only 1 plant as I ran out of coco/perlite mix). The rest were done last night with more training. The plant I thought I was gonna throw out has been trimmed all the way down as their was new growth coming in at the base of the stem. I had noticed last night that their are 2 plants that have a couple of pistols coming in. I did order a Aglex 4000w (400 watt) Led light today so I can move half the plants to a grow tent so I can flower the other half. I'm hoping that the led light will be enough for these in the veg stage. I've also upgraded the platform which I think looks good for $68. The size of it is 5'x6'. It doesn't leave me with much room from the walls. If anyone has any suggestions just leave me a comment! Anyways, happy growing!

I'm getting close to putting these lady's in flower. As of right now their are currently 5 that started showing pistols. Acapulco Gold seems to be a bit more sensitive in this case as 3 out of 4 are starting to flower. Slurricane is second on the list as 2 out of 4 are showing signs as well. I was thinking about continuing to veg half of them but the cats destroyed my grow tent that I had so I don't think that's gonna be a good idea. On the 10/1 I started the aggressive feeding stage, and I used approximately 25 gallons of water. If anyone has any suggestions, just let me know. Happy growing!

So I forgot to do last week's diary but not a big deal. This would be week #2 of flower. I've noticed with these 4 strains that they take the nutrients like a champ. Their has been no sign of nutrient burn which is good. I last fed them on 10/15. I did do a lot of defoliating last week and it looks like I may need to again 1 more time. These lady's are really soaking up the light. The highest LUX reading under the HPS is 100,700 LUX, so I'll be raising the light a little bit. The highest LUX under the LED is 60,100 LUX. I think I went a little over kill on the quantity for the size of the room, but theirs no going back. Anyways, happy growing!

Did I take to many fan leaves off or does it look okay? It's getting a little crowded in here!

Perfect! 👌 But be careful not to have the same problem as GEORGE_21: make sure you don't over-water your plant now that you've drastically reduced the level of photosynthesis by removing the leaves.

Well I'm 7 weeks behind, been busy with work, family, maintenance on house and been busy with plants. But anways, I had to harvest a plant 6 days ago as there were to many nanners that showed up over night. Had some nanners on a couple other plants that I was able to keep up on plucking. The temperature is a lot cooler than I would like but that's because I'm maxed out on my breaker and I've been trying to keep my garage at a constant 60 degrees with a wood stove to help heat the grow room. Other than that, the buds smell super dank, they look bomb as shit and harvest is right around the corner! I did mess up on mixing nutrients this whole entire grow as I might have ended up with some sort of nutrient lock-out. I never got the nets put up and so far I only had to stake 1 plant. Harvest is looking like it might be this weekend! Any suggestions or thoughts for the next grow as I did start 10 more seeds 12/08/23...? As Always, Happy Growing!
