This is my second time growing RQS's Special Queen #1, a cross between Power Bud and Skunk.
I have been very impressed by both the effects and the stunning LST options the first lady provided. That being said, I wasn't too impressed with the yield she delivered. Accordingly, I'm thrilled to grow her again and see if I can do better this time.
I'm using coco coir mixed with perlite at about 70/30. This is only the second time I'm using coco instead of soil (I'm doing a Jamaican Pearl with the same setup right now) and I am by no means sure it will be hassle-free. I'm also going to use organic nutrients by BioBizz, something not all growers seem to be fond of in combination with coco. Yet I have done it before and that turned out decent, if not without problems.
The tent I'm using is intended for cuttings but I'm using it for the whole growth cycle. Therefore, I deem this diary especially worthy for people with limited space available.
The light I'm using was a lucky find by a friend. I was rather skeptical at first, as it is very competitively priced and not really a powerhouse at 120 watts, but I have now grown and harvested 7 plants under it and I'm pretty sure I will never use any other brand again.
