Day 7:
Another hottest day yet, the balcony temp in the sun is a fun 40°C. Despite it all, she's doing very well, new leaves are growing in the scorching heat.
Day 8:
Watering every day during this heat. After watering, the soil moisture is at 7/10 on my analog measurer. In the morning it drops to 3/10, so watering every day is necessary I think.
I'm still not sure how this affects the root growth. I've switched to watering the plant directly one day and the next day I water around the edges of the pot so the plant's roots have to grow to find water.
PH is 7. Not great not bad.
Day 9:
It's hot af. Noticed her leaves are dropping down during the night, probably because it's 30+ even during the night.
Day 10:
On eradication duty. Crickets/locusts are attacking my poor plant. This baseless attack will not be tolerated, no munching on my weed.
Day 11 and 12:
There's not much to report, all is well. Transplant soonish?
Day 13:
38°C outside, growth has sped up quite significantly. Next week will be cloudy and rainy so we'll see how she handles that.

It's day 18-19 and she's quick to flower strain so not much time left. I'd start with a simple bend and try and work her into a spiral if time allows. Too soon or not?

How do I take proactive action against white flys and the other pest that I cannot yet identify?I have found no traces of any infestation on the lower side of the leaves anywhere on the plant. Will insecticidal soap help at all since they fly away as soon as I get close

White flies can be done with just normal soap and water in a mister but if you have another infestation you're probably best using Neem oil

She's well into flower but in my opinion, she's too short for it. What can I do to make the flowering process go as well as possible considering her short 15cm stature?
The side nodes are barely 5cm tall and are already flowering. With no new leaves growing it might get rough.

You must boost the roots system since the seedling stage. Growing a strong roots system as fast as possible is the primary goal. More roots more fruits, this is the way it works

Is it worth it to pause the drying process and wet trim?
I am mostly asking this since I read it's easier to wet trim and I can hopefully extract some kief from the sugar leaves with a grinder in the process.
What are your thoughts, leave it as is, or get that kief?

For as little as you have I wouldn't. You want to keep them like they are to protect the buds during the dry. This will ensure the most terpenes once cured.
Now if you had 3 or 4 pounds and each bud was massive then yes. Most do a light wet trim to keep from any mold or bud rot during the dry. Also to save on the dry trim.
I wouldn't do it thought.

Up your pot to atleast 12L or 20L (3 or 5gallon) and proper on how much watering should help with a rootzone.
And our climate is crazy hot and humid. Give her a good ventilation is stepup your grow!

I'll definitely get a larger fabric pot next time. Do you have any more tips for growing roots, mine turned out pretty small and it stunted my plant very much.

It grow faster than mine!
After heat wave, i had a very bad weather, rainy, cloudy and temperature from 38°C to 20°C now during day 😭
And a probably thrips attack on one of my lady

I've also heard Neem oil works pretty well against those buggers. Bad weather is coming here this week so you'll have plenty of time to catch up.

It makes no sense that it would grow this well in these conditions. Very happy with the RQS seeds, already ordered a few more for the next grow.
