Technique
Easy growth, light power on 60 %. Bed was given a sprouted seed tea ( mung beans ) mixed with fresh aloe vera. I sprouted the beans in an 'easy sprout' sprouting cup, i then added them into a blender along with a freshly cut aloe vera leaf and clean water. I blended for about 45 seconds, strained off the liquid and diluted into more water before feeding to the bed.
