We are working on third node. Roots started to poke out bottom and sides of previous seedling bags, so potted up to this size yesterday. Moved from seedling blend nutrients (600 EC to 1000 EC) to full strength veg, running 1100 EC now. This next week is so fun because they really take off., Keeping an eye on Cal deficiencies, but otherwise they seem to be moving right along. Culled down to 15 plants, over the course of the week will remove any that are lagging - only going to run 8 plants in the end.
Waiting for FloraFlex matrix' to come in the mail, I am going to hook these up to the auto watering system. Right now I can only do two fertigation events per day because of work but I'd really like to be running 3 or 4. It's crazy with coco like this and high frequency fertigation, you get hydro growth without the whole hydro set up.
I also set up my time lapse camera this week so I hope to add time lapse videos going forward :)
I've had plants with pigment mutations and this kinda looks like it. But this also looks like a slight mag deficiency. I recommend some Epsom foliar sprays once a week just to see if it truly is a mutation.
Fine job. They look like they're going to be the very definition of green fire. Oh, and like others have mentioned, I've had quite a few plants express that crazy swirl-like leaf mutation. The first time I saw it I freaked out thinking it was TMV. But it turned out to be just a harmless mutation that eventually worked itself out entirely as the plant grew. Anyway, looks like a hell of a plant. Enjoy it! 💪👍✊
@Squuncke, thanks man! I’m very happy with how they are coming along. I went in this morning for my normal walk through, some smells and inspections, then washed my hands twice, took a shower, and it still smells like I’m holding a bud in my hand. She sticks with ya! Such a unique gassy lemony skunky funk. Can’t wait to see how she cures up and tastes!
