Frootz Clones arrived loaded them into plagron 70/30 coco in 2ltr fabric pots let them run 24 hours under 300w dimmable bulb 22 inch above for 2 days temps are 27c humidity is around 60/100.Gave them 200ml each of feed shogun nutrients added ecothrive first then shogun silicon calmag and shogun start this is my first run using shogun nutrients I've added a humidifyer and gently blowing a breeze over the babies I will switch to 18/6 In a dew days
Week 2 coming along nicely I've repotted them to 10ltr pots now there final pot ive also tritated the light to 600w and lowered it to 18 inches im going to top them in a few days and start lo LST them my starting ppm water from home is 300 ppm so I'm factoring this dose so once again added and ready also now to flood the pot completely and start getting a run off so the salt does not build up in the root zone I also used a mycorrhizal fungi additional to the coco kept PH at 6 and 500 ppm.now I plan a 5 week veg before I flip them
Girls are coming along had a slight calmag issuie so 1.5 ml ltr for next few feeds im watering every other day never letting the coco dry out more than half weight is what I've found is the best ballance runoff was slightly high also so will feed a lower feed pH was 5.8 I'm and 6.1 on the runoff im flooding the coco with 20% runoff im theses girls will be foliar feed with shogun geisher before lights out I will be hanging my 1000w gavita pro in next week or so and flipping these girls im really happy with katana roots and the whole shogun range to be fair ive uses dutchpro for many years but I'm loving the ease of shogun and the vigorous growth also im using a budbox 2.2 x1.5 in white mylar there also a really strong tentwith the 25mm poles. The girls are really stinky already
Everything looking OK today lowered the temp down today to 24 and reduced the humidity to around 65% also my base feed was 1.3 ppm I have lowered the MH 600w to around 14 inch above plants
Plants eating up healthy I LST them and topped pulled them right down for a even canopy.letting the coco dry to much seems to cause the runoff to be crazy 2.8 and ph issuies so I have used the irrigation of daily feeding around 1 ec of food for the next 2 feedings to get back in range .
Flipped the girls fed ec 1.5 runoff was 1.7 coco drying back to half the weight of pot every feeding and started with the shogun boost hung the gavita 1000w se pro about 3 ft high and added another fan to the mix ph is around 6.2 on runoff im using a wet vac to clear all the runoff temps are around 26 day 22 night im looking to keep night time temps closer within 10 degree's diffrence for tighter intonode space there on a stretch looking to do some defolation usually I like to right before the flip and day 21 but I'm going for week after flip and end of week 3
Really into the aggressive stretch now going to be doing some defolation this week there looking in good shape for it going to slightly increase the ec to 1.6 a week after defolation as to the defolation I will ease off the ec for this feed to over the stress week three I shall lollypop them all and clean up the girls and won't touch them after that last defolation in the end of week 3 I also foiler fed with the shogun boost
