Time to start off with a Royal Jack Auto. Day time temperatures are still in the high twenties. Germination took 3 days directly in soil about 0.5 to 1cm deep.
The soil is a mix of coco coir, vermiculite, perlite, biochar bokashi, 20% worm castings and 4-4-4 organic fertilizer.
Day 6: Just like with my DC Cure grow, I have micro dosed it with some Jadam JLF. It should help the vegetation state and promote bigger leaf grow.
Day 8: first rainy and cold day (24C) relatively. I decided to put it a day protected under my grow light until the sun comes out again.
Day 9: back in the sun again.
Day 10: Jack can now spend the nights in my Homebox Q60 under a 240W LED light.
Day 11: Already seeing more growth now that it has a 4/20 light schedule
Day 12: The 20hrs light schedule really seems to double the growth every day.
Day 14: Veg stage is getting along nicely with all the extra light
Day 19: During the day it is getting good sun as the highs are around 25C. I'm starting to see the first flowering pistils.
Day 21: I see that the tips of the new growth are a bit brighter and I will not add extra nitrogen for a while from my JADAM JLF. I should really stick to the recommended 1:100 dilution rate.
Day 27: When I started with LST, I didn't know how well it would work, but it indeed works and is steadily giving me more bud sites.
Day 42: First signs of frost on the flowers and leaves
Day 47: The flowers are smelling a bit like black pepper and becoming frosty and becoming thicker
Day 56: She is getting super frosty buds
Day 61: I finally received my jewelers loupe and the trichomes are still majority transparent. I think she might be ready in a week from now.
Very nice smoke. Tastes like earth and cream with notes of herbs. The effects for me are: happy, uplifting, dreamy and it has a slight relaxing body effect.
