Sometimes when you foliar spray, the little drops of water will act like a magnifying glass and cook a spot on the plant. I've read that the best time is like 30min before lights come on, or go off and make sure you have a fan in there, it will help. However, you should research the time to do it because I've heard different opinions on it. Good luck with your grow!
