Noticed calcium deficiency on both plants, added a dose of calmag to watering and scaled all nutes right back as they potentially have a nutrient lockout (I have heard anecdotally of this occurring with Biobizz nutes when following their schedule). otherwise both ladies are growing really nicely and buds are really starting to form. I lightly defoliate the lower older leaves regularly for air flow and also as these leaves won’t be doing much photosynthesis (most photosynthesis occurs within the newly growing top layers)
Yes she smells pretty close in my opinion. Definitely quite heavy on the peppery and musky fragrance with a sweet skunky smell beneath the stronger musk. I’m so desperate to sample some but I’m behaving myself and waiting till she’s done 😅
@BrigadeDesTerps, thank you kindly. Both ladies have been finicky but I’m going to drag them over the finish line, I’m actually quite impressed with the frostiness considering all the stress :D
If you are using a pre-fertilized soil, you wont need fertilizers up to the 5th week,, I am using Bobizz Grow+Bloom+Topmax too and I never had such problems following their schedule, just be sure to alternate with water. That looks like an accumulation of minerals, the plant is clearly telling you with those yellowish bended leaves that she isn't able to absorb nitrogen, so stop giving minerals such as calmag or other fertilizers with an high percentage of P-K. To solve this issue i suggest to give only Topmax (1ml per liter) added to the water for the next 2 weeks, it will help the roots absorbing the excesses, rebalacing the soil.
@drgrower86, I’ve only encountered this issue on one other grow previously. Must be roughly 10+ harvests without ever encountering issues following the schedule. I will definitely be scaling back the nutes though, thanks for the advice
@BarneyRumble420, thanks brother! I’m very happy with her yoeld and she is smoking really nice. I’d like to try and grow again to see if I can avoid some of the issues 😅
