pH is consistently adjusted trying to find the ideal values for my beloved GTH #1
Root zone pH is still on the high side it seems.
Many of previous issues seem to be related to too high pH values.

One weaker and one stronger phenotype are to be cloned in around 3 weeks.
They've been grown under a 9 watt florabooster LED strip and have just been transferred to the cabinet where they receive 50W of light at the moment.
Increased Vega to 15 ml/l.
Performed light defoliation to improve light penetration and encourage growth of new shoots.
Sprayed with Rhizotonic.
Weaker pheno has gotten weaker possibly Mg deficiency.
Increased light to 100W.

That looks more of a burn to me.
Is you diary accurate with a EC of 3.6?? If so this is all burn from over feeding. 3.6 is way to high.
You need to flush that substrate and fix your concentration.
I'd go down to 1.8EC max but flush with plan water PH'd to 6.4 then added in nutrients once they are out of the medium.
Magnesium deficiency does not tend to curl and burn the leaves, it does make it yellow though or light green. It can also make stems look more red but this is also shared with Phosphorous deficiency. Check out a leaf chart for cannabis for more information.
