Tiny tent means never a day or a spot wasted 😃
Larger tent on the way though - YAY! Diary specs entered reflecting new home they will move into soon.
Two new beans down while we wait for the last gal from previous run to finish up.
2 Top Gun beans down and 2 beans up on day 3 after an 18 hr soak
Not much to highlight this week.
Slow and steady growth through the week as is likely to be expected at this stage.
Low strength nutes (300 ppm) introduced on day 9.
Been a good week.
Nutes increased to 400 ppm on day 11 & Miicrobial Mass added this week.
Everyone still in the original tent/light as new home has not arrived yet.
Been a good week.
Both are still in the small tent awaiting their new home.
#1 was topped on day 19 and #2 topped on day 20.
Nutes increased to 450 ppm.
Still early days but so far at least they don't seem to overly stressed with being topped.
Overall a good week in the tent.
Nutes gradually up to 525 by the end of the week.
Been a good week in the tent. Still waiting on new tent arrival so they remain in the small space.
Nutes at 525ppm. Stretch appears to be well underway.
Huge fan leaves.
Been a good week.
No real issues encountered.
Still waiting on new larger tent/home.
Dropped the nutes back down a smidge as the tips look to have a bit of burning.
Been an ok week I guess. The new tent finally arrived and was set up.
Everyone moved over to their new home.
Really tried to match as close as possible the conditions (lighting & air flow) in the new vs the old as initial transition but they have struggled a bit.
Lower leaves seem the most impacted - I wonder if it might be going from being crammed together to now having light reaching all parts better - bit of a shock in suspect.
Both plants still not doing all that great.
I think they might be showing stress after the move to new tent and light.
Really tried to match conditions so it wasn't too great of a shock but I suppose some adaptation issues should have been expected.
Nutes reduced a bit and a plain water flush on day-63.
They continue to be struggling a bit after the move.
The younger tent-mates seem to have fared much better with the change over.
Plain water flush on days 63 & 65. Resumed feeding but lower ppm after.
Local shop was out of stock on Microbial Mass so it looks like we'll be trying MammothP.
Been an ok week. While they haven't really bounced back from the shock of the move to the new tent they are resilient for sure as they are still kickin.
Into the home stretch, getting close to harvest.
Checking daily for trich colour.
I sense the darker leaved one will be ready before the other.
But time will tell.
Top Gun by Atlas Seeds is a strain I rather like.
It's fast finishing, pretty darn resilient and easy to please.
Two plants grown this round #1 harvested on day 81 and #2 harvested on day 91.
The very first time I attempted growing this wonderful plant, before joining GD, it was Top Gun by Atlas.
I made every mistake in the book - heck likely even invented a few.
Yet that horribly treated plant made it to harvest, provided at least a small bounty and got me hooked on growing.
This grow felt a little bit like atoning for past plant-cruelty.
Even though I topped her, not a great idea with such a fast finisher, then had to relocate them due to new tent & light windfall mid grow, they persisted.
Probably didn't look their prettiest but yielded over 3 oz each so I'm really impressed.
