Had high winds and the plant got smashed up and the stem split. Hopefully it will recover and not to much damage has been done.

@kamo805, thank you! thought it was thrips but it's not lol 😆! Fungus gnats and white flies. I sprayed neem oil last week and looking at some alternatives to use during flower. Any recommendations are welcome 😀 my neighbour's tree is covered in fruit flies and other pests so I'm worried how it's going to be during the later stages of flowering
