Not much to report this she is progressing nice and steadily, she is probably the largest so far. I am keeping an extra close eye out for any signs of root rot as at least one of mine plants have run into root rot on every grow so far so I am trying to be extra vigilant in keeping an eye out for any signs! Not much to report this week, she has been growing quite slowly in comparison to the rest of her tentmates, the Gorilla Punch that suffered a water leak in week one has almost overtaken this girl, but I think it might have been self-caused since I noticed that she might have had a bit too much water in her bucket therefore not promoting any real growth of the roots. So I took out a bit of water and I am hoping to see a jump in growth over the next couple of weeks so we can start some training. She will be getting her first res change tomorrow so I am hoping that will help boost her along. She is right in the smallest or 2nd smallest in size so far in the tent. Happy growing everyone! What's up, growers! Finally, we started to see a bit of growth on this girl this week and everything has gone smoothly with her thankfully (had some issues with some pathogens in two other tubs which has led to root rot developing due to me not realizing I had dropped something in the res the night before changing three of the tubs and had contaminated the water which I assume might have caused the introduction of the pathogens) so I am happy this girl seems to be doing all right, I think I might go down to a 50% feed next time instead of 75% and see how she responds to it as this coming weeks feed is a bit higher in EC and I am not sure she is ready for that big of a jump. I am hoping I can start some light LST this week but I would like her to grow a bit more first🙏 Happy growing everyone! We finally starting to see some more growth this week and that allowed me to do some more LST tying down the main stem while tucking the larger fan leaves and pushing the side branches down! I have been dealing with some root rot on a couple of girls and this girl started to show a bit of worrying signs on her root earlier this week but it never seemed to develop and the smell from her res stayed nice and neutral so I am hoping she is getting out of the danger zone now has a developed enough root system to be a bit more resistant and I have been able to keep the water temps under 70-71 for the whole grow this week. Which I hope leads to less issues with root rot! Happy growing everyone! What's up growers!💪 No complaints this week, finally lol, we have been battling constant issues with root rot this grow on several of the girls. This Banana Purple Punch luckily pushed passed any of early root issues that she ran into and she is now starting to show some more growth! We are definitely coming into preflower so this will be the last week I mark as Veg and next week will be week 1 of flower😁 This girl grew quite a bit this week so that allowed me to continue with some more LST and I ended up picking a couple of leaves of during the week! This week was the first of flower and we are starting to see a good amount of growth, I am still hoping that these girls will stretch a good bit more before they really start developing bud sites. There hasn't been many issues this week except battling dropping pH levels, but I am thinking it might have been from a bit too strong of a feed so I just changed it again today to W9 50% feed instead of 66% so I will be monitoring the pH levels closely. But other than that this girl is doing well she has been developing more and more bud sites over the week and she is really starting to look amazing. This week came and went pretty fast and this Banana Purple Punch is starting to get pretty wide and looking awesome! She is starting to put out a bit of smell, mainly leaning towards a sweet fruity aroma but I am expecting to become more distinctive as she ripens and I should be able to better be able to put my nose on what exactly the smell is! This week we had a rather big incident happen when I was switching out this Banana Purple Punch's res for a 8-9 gal instead of its current 5 gal, I had to unplug the air tubing while switching them around and when I had finished up I put I back on the wrong air outtake (I put it on a closed on). So this girl did not receive any aeration for around 20 hours and her roots smell quite bad when I walked into the tent the next morning, that's how I realized something was wrong. But I immediately got the air back on and replaced her res with clean water and let her sit in that for 2 hrs before changing it again with a low feeding! So I am praying that she pulls through because she has a bit more time to go for sure, and she is probably the furthers from being ready for harvest between the 3 Fastbuds autos I got running right now. Not too much to report this week, I think that this Banana Purple Punch survived the stress that I put her through when I accidentally plugged in her air tubing into the wrong outlet and left her without any air circulation for almost 24 hours! She definitely took some damage from it and her fading has definitely starting setting in after that day, so she for sure took some damage but she lives!🔥 I am still not seeing any amber trichomes and definitely still seeing a good amount of clear trichomes on her so I still think we got a bit to go! This Banana Purple Punch is starting to dense up nicely and is putting out a nice sweet fruity aroma! We're starting to get close to the end here with this girl and I have started feeding her just water and I'm assuming she will be harvested this or the next week at the latest as I'm seeing a few amber trichomes already! 🙏👽 She is getting real sticky and her buds are feeling pretty dense and has a beautiful color to them, and she is giving of a pungent fruit aroma when smelled 🍌🍇🔥 As for as yield I'm expecting this one to come back with a medium return due to not being the tallest girl and her buds do not feel as dense as the Strawberry Gorilla!👽 But happy growing everyone!
