Long Time No Seed

Popped the 4 seeds using the paper towel in a Ziploc baggie method. Kept in dark room around 76°F on a Vivosun heating pad set to 85°F. All seed popped and grew 1/2 inch within 24 hours and were put tail down in Jiffy Pellets with the root covered and seed flush with dirt. Rehydrated the pellets with regular tap water ph 7-7.2 ish( tested with a strip). All seeds sprouted up and I was able to take the shell off all of them safely. I made a bad decision to try and remove some peat from the pellet and pop them into a seed starer tray after they had already sprouted? (Idk why don't ask 😂) I determined it was a bad idea so I left it alone but that seedling I took dirt from ended up getting stressed I think because the two first serrated leaves are curling and pointing upward. None of the other seedlings are doing this I honestly have no idea what is wrong but not too worried as of right now.
