Super Sativa Seed Club Video Contest - Lava freeze
From 02/03/24 To 13/04/2024
Culture in a 3L geotextile pot.
The development of the leaves is very stable & they are very pretty, of good size.
The plant is mainly Indica so it is small and stocky. While trying to do LST I broke a branch, which did not recover.
Otherwise no problem to report.
This Lava Freeze has not yet carried out its stretch, which suits me to prune the large leaves which hinder the secondary branches. This plant is also very very bushy!
I can't wait to see the rest in bloom!
No big change, the heads are slowly starting to take shape.
I also notice that with a PH of 6.6 the nutrients are well assimilated. I'm going to do a test at 5.9 to see if I can get full potential out of it.
Flowering is developing well.
Very resistant genetics to fertilizer overdose, if it accepts it it is because it needs it.
Dosage to monitor depending on the evolution
I had a mite and spider problem... It infected a US strain!
After treatment of the grow room, and disinfection of the walls and a shower everything is better.
Last waterings with a PPM between 2200 and 2400. Plants are very greedy for organic fertiliser.
Now I'm going to rinse without fertiliser for 1 to 2 weeks and then harvest.
Second week of rinsing.
The trichomes have finished developing. And I like the appearance of the plant.
I place the plant in the dark for around 5 days. Period during which there will be no watering to allow the soil to dry and be able to Cut.
See you in a few days!
Dried on the vines for 5 days without watering - Then cut the vines to hang them for 2-3 days - Today pruned the buds to improve drying.
Photos coming soon
