The pack of seeds travelled with me across the Globe during 1 year and a half: temperature has continuously changed while changing latitude, entering and exiting from freezers and refrigerators.
The pack of seeds has been left 3 weeks at climate temperature. Seed #1 has been left in water in dark ambient at 21 Celsius degrees for 24 hours, it didn’t sink; subsequently, it’s been put into a peat disc inside a black plastic germination box base covered of kitchen foil and poked several holes on top of it, directly in grow tent under growing program of LED in use.
24 hours later first leaves sprouted 🌱.

Setup is missing of an INDOORAIR 100 fan or a Secret Jardin Monkey Fan 120 for the inlet ventilation and should be installed in corrispondence of the circular passive air entry of the tent right below the thermo-hygromether positioning.
Air is extracted by a Vents Fan Quite Line 100 on upper side of tent.
Planning for further Projects Mimosa Cake to cut a 3Lt Airpot at 10cm height and try as new pot.
This is not the first micro growing experiment: aim is to use all the available space in restricted resources in order to obtain min. 50g dry for consumption or corresponding equivalent wet weight of high shelf buds for hash extraction and scheduling the optimal ratio of essential life components for the target, as well as the smartest way of adopting LST, HST, and environmental control, according to the growth development of the strain and plant itself, so as to take advantage of all the available space.
Successfully micro growing results have been achieved in d.i.y. space buckets as well as in the same tent in use, in the Homebox Ambient R80s and windowsill growing modes at northern latitudes in indoor conditions; on balconies, terraces and rooftops at southern latitudes in outdoor conditions.

Medium contains Biochar and Rhizoma.
Sub-irrigation is performed as way of watering since the very beginning by bottled water.
During first week of life nutrients have been added to water separately each one in a dedicated bottle of related bottled water.
Plant apparently suffered of overwatering on day #10 affecting leaves.
As a matter of fact: overwatering could lead to appearance of black spots on leaves but, the plant never showed visible structure or strength weakness typical of overwatering and the yellow emerging colour on already affected leaves is making reliable the hypothesis of bad quality water.
Despite all the used bottles are from the same brand with same label, purchased in the same store all together, each one reports unique values totally different one from each other, affecting the original calculations.
Water monitoring resulted as:

Assuming we were using only one, the different solutions of water and nutrients were provided to the plant without any ratio criteria or dosage that could keep in mind those discrepancies.
Water values adjustment is now being performed by mixing different bottled water sources, in order to reach optimal range.
Alternative bottled water is under evaluation for replacement as well as distilled water and rain water.
Tap water is an excluded choice as no analyses of additional Nitrate, Fluoride, Hydrogen Carbonate, Chloride, Sulfate, or any other potentially toxic elements, are available.
Cannacure Foliar Spraying is being performed, as well as Foliar Feeding and PH balancing.

Plant suffered of poor quality water, problems of transpiration and nutrients absorption due to pH unbalanced values, low humidity level, both light and ventilation intensity excess.
Humidity is under control: stabilised between 45% and 50% continuously.
pH has been fixed to 6.0 in all H2O solutions.
Exhaust fan has been equipped of a rotative knob control in order to settle power: once desired humidity level is overpassed ventilation can be returned to max speed in order to maintain 24,5 Celsius degrees.
LED light cycle 24/0 TOTAL AGRO at maximum intensity has been abandoned for energy and its cost savings purpose in relation with the final scope and entropy reduction effectiveness :

ORTOLED SERIE K is intrinsically provided of Sunrise/Sunset function which enables a smooth, uniform and gradual variation of light intensity during time without generating any kind of shock from sudden switching on or off, or changes in power and spectrum value.
Blue light parameter overwhelms in this stage in order to encourage vegetative growth, compactness, and bushiness and photomorphogenesis, its development, including leaf expansion, stem elongation, and overall plant architecture.
Decreased light intensity during night cycle should help regulate phototropism and reduce light stress.
The plant well reacted to the care it received and the measures put in place, which given the visible critical health condition, were drastic and extreme.
Possible combination of over feeding, overwatering and excess of light, responding to stress to be identified, on the basis of following visible symptoms :
- leaves have turned thick, fat, dark deep green;
- leaves start curling;
- leaves hint a deep yellow hue;
- new leaves are born with light green and yellow tips;
- leaves report burnings such as fresh black spots which turn into dry brown spots;
- 1 leaf at the third node is born with 4 tips, the second one is a 5 tips leaf correctly.
Additional considerations to be uploaded asap regarding :
- Biochar pH 8,5;
- Biochar nutrients absorption and retention capacity in relation with organic growing;
- Biochar and Coco Coir micro and macro nutrients binding capacity;
- moon effect during plant life cycle;
- huge vitality has been noticed during crescent moon appearance;
- plant is asking for more and more feeding;
- growing will be abandoned for no more than 96 hours therefore a self irrigating cotton rope wick system has been implemented.
