Jardineiro_Br I received the seeds and put them straight into the paper towel. I don't follow this too closely, but I think the moon is good for germinating at the 4th Quarter. The seeds arrived quickly, came with a really cool Eco Bag, and an extra seed. The second seed went into the soil on March 18th.
